LOVE EQUALS DEATH was formed in 2003 out in California. Blending influences from rock,

classic rock and punk. 

 

Not expecting to love this cd before I put in my player.  I was pleasantly surprised and I can

honestly say I dig LOVE EQUALS DEATH.  Fans of old school punk & fans of radio friendly

pop punk might be in the same boat on this cd. 

 

Leaning more to the old school, LED has the energy and catchy punk choruses that

all fans of punk enjoy.  Songs like "Pray For Me" show they have a little bit of a straight ahead

rock flavor and "Truth Has Failed" shows me they have a little more depth than the average

 punkers.

 

My favorite songs on Nightmerica are: "Black Rain", "Pray For Me" & "Lottery"
