Fourth of July weekend and I am rockin' out to the 2007 self-titled cd from the band MINK.  We played the "Get It Right" video on BAD TASTE music TV show last year.  Not sure why I didn't review this last year. Sorry guys. Better late than never...

I am digging the disc.  Mink is In the vain of bands like The White Stripes and straight ahead rock with an alt twinge.  I hear several tunes that would go perfect with those I Pod commercials with the dancers rockin' out.

WBRU (Providence, RI), FNX Radio Network (MA & NH), WBCN (Boston, MA) & WCYY (Portland, ME) should of been all over this band.  But I do not recall them playing Mink last year.  Their lost shall be our gain, go check them out.
